BIOGRAPHY

After college, Patrick spent nearly a decade honing his craft -– writing and directing his own short films -- while working in the industry on larger  productions.

One of his early 16mm short films, Haberdash, premiered on Movieola (Canada's short film channel) after a distributor caught a viewing at the Cannes Short Film Corner. His next short, a black and white 8mm piece, VEER! , was selected as one of only seven short films from the United States to screen at the Gen Art Film Festival for Emerging Talent in NYC.

Patrick co-wrote and directed a feature-length adaptation of VEER!  Filmed on a small budget across multiple formats (16mm, 8mm and HD), the film toured regional festivals, winning Best Florida Film at the Sunscreen Film Festival.

He has taught film production at the college level and written for Filmmaker Magazine.

Patrick lives in north Florida and works everywhere.
